I did not go in

They DON'T accept coupons from their own Burger King App. So there is NO reason to eat here when the other restaurants in the food court offer more quality food for same price

Nice food and fair prices.

Great burgers, great beer, and a relaxing casual environment. They definitely live up to their name here. Very spacious and televisions everywhere so you're never far from the action. Service was pretty good, and the meal was even better. Did a custom burger which came out perfectly, but you can also choose from one of their premade specialties as well. They offer a ton of different beers to go with your burger as well. Not into beef? There are veggie, turkey, and veggie options as well.

Service here sucks and the onion rings and fries always taste super old and hard

Best fast solution for a quick bite...

Prices a bit more expensive but the food quality and staff makes it worth it. Managers were super nice and it was nice to see them making sure the food and service was on point.

This BK experience was bad.. I saw what this elderly lady did and she thought she was trying to be slick.. she prepared this for me and didn't take the time to make me a new one.This pancake looks like it was attacked by cats and then placed on my plate for me to eat

Good hot food. Your order is out quickly. They could do better about during the burger together but overall amazing taste 👌

This is not your Burger King. I believe it’s more expensive then usual, it’s just a small store front. You wait a long time to order and then the food comes out like they had it ready 2 hr ago. Pick something else here. It’s a good court.

Good burgers, good beer selection (PBR; local; and craft). I'll have to come back for the Friday beer flight for $8!

I went to this restaurant on 6/12/16. I had an amazing experience. the waitress Natalie had very good customer service and helped us out with the menu. I recommend this place to anyone its very good and worth every penny.

Customer service is awesome, at least how they speak to you and serve you food' some people may be weirded out by the people working in here (because, and let me be clear, I've heard some conversations that I didn't), but they're all very friendly.Other than that, food is always hot, they deliver what they promise and the burgers are of excellent quality.

All-time classic of quality burgers, sandwiches and finger foods; add good customer service and timing and you end up with a great place to have a meal by yourself, with friends and/or family!

Bad they don't have in menu and for sell the Breakfast 2 for $4.

Try the Mac and Cheese with bacon and truffle oil. Our server Dani was very helpful, music and atmosphere was very nice.. they were playing some jazzy takes on 80-90s music. Which was surprisingly awesome. Happy hour half off drafts.

Worst Burger King in Miami. Rude customer service, they are in a F*** rush all the time and they do not accept promo coupon from any web site or mail promo... don’t go!

Delicious the crispy chicken burger.

The only reason I would rate it a 3 is because of Customer service. My husband and I have frequented the B&B on Brickell for years since we both work Downtown, unfortunately the flavors are not the same. I usually have the turkey burger which even a meat lover can't tell apart from the real thing. This one was gobbling before it got to the table. DefiDefinitely not coming back.

Tried the impossible whopper. It was good. I will still return to the original whopper though. My husband wasn't able to digest it for almost a whole day. I guess that's good if your on a diet. Lol

I prefer this place very much. there is a friendly spirit. The meals are marvelous. the service is powerful and the team is courteous. The pay is honest. truly recommend.

At the young cafe the lady serving the food didnt wear gloves and she was coughing on her hands I normally would get the honey chicken but that turned me off made me sick just thinking about the germs spreading

I am not a fan of fast food but as a Vegan I really appreciate having veggie options in the menu. Great to have options for everyone.
